This motor winding machine is suitable for 2 poles, 4 poles and 6poles coils winding.
(3) Machine main function and characteristic
This motor stator winding machine has two winding heads with four working station. The main phase and auxiliary phase can be wound simultaneously. It is suitable for high production capacity, high slot filling rate, small slot opening stator coil winding. Different winding mode can be selected in the touch screen, like auto skip, auto cutting and auto indexing.
Other parameter also can be set in the touch screen, like continuous/discontinuous winding method.
Motor stator manufacturing production assembly line including paper inserting machine, coil winding machine, coil winding inserting machine, lacing machine, forming machine and testing machine.NIDE can supply and manufacture about then ,and all the process will be done by machine automatically. Operator only needs to do loading and unloading.
