Product Use

The alphacellulose (dry base) of the pulp, with certain concentration of sodium hydroxide solution dipping, pressing, crushing after forming a loose broken fiber in alkali,after steady,  yellowing with carbon disulfide, and which can be dissolved in alkali cellulose, sodium xanthate was dissolved, made of viscose solution, and then by after ripening, filtration, deaeration and a series of process, which has been dissolved into the viscose spinning machine, followed by washing, drying, sizing, winding into viscose filament, the finished product can be directly used for weaving.

From the point of view of the process, the mature viscose is processed by the machine, including continuous spinning, post treatment and winding forming, which is called viscose filament continuous spinning machine.

Because of the addition of carbon disulfide in the preparation of viscose solution, it will emit hydrogen sulfide and carbon disulfide and other harmful gases in the process of spinning solidification and washing. In order to ensure the cleanliness of the workshop air, reduce the corrosion of harmful gas to the equipment and harm to the human body, strengthen the environmental protection, the exhaust system of the machine is relatively perfect.In order to ensure the temperature and humidity in the workshop to ensure the products quality, the workshop must be equipped with air conditioning equipment, temperature controlled at 25℃ to 30℃(77℉ to 86℉) relative humidity 65±3%.

Brief introduction of technological process.

Viscose in accordance with the requirements of the use of 0.4MPa pressure input into the machine hose; After installation in the viscose tube ingot pump bridge by spinning pump uniform quantitative input extrusion spinneret holes, the formation of viscose rayon trickle trickle, in a glass tube and has solidified into tow, draw the tow from the glass tube to the treatment roll.

The whole machine consists of frame, pump shaft, spinning forming processing roller and transmission, washing, drying, oiling, backwater, acid, exhaust, winding forming and transmission, electrical control part.

Compared with centrifugal or spindle spinning machine, the machine is spinning faster, higher spinning quality, better uniformity and consistency, bigger package, a higher degree of mechanical and electrical integration, the adjustment of the process parameters more convenient. Single spindle, parallel winding, full pipe off the wire does not interfere with each other; the pump shaft by a synchronous motor frequency control; processing and part of each section of single drive, connected by synchronous belt. The winding(control box) is composed of groove barrel shaft and friction roller drive. The electrical equipment is controlled by electric cabinet.
