Process 1:
Shaft press---end field press---commutator press---armature insulation paper inserting---armature winding--weldge inserting--commutator welding-armature testing.
Process 2:
Armature insulation paper inserting---armature winding----weldge inserting-commutator welding-armature testing.
The production line includes paper inserting machine, rotor coil winding machine, slot covering machine, commentator spot welding machine and precise lathing machine. Front end can be pressed in with punching slice, end panel and commentator pressing can be automatically connected, rear end can be connected with next procedure to make automatic production line. This line can be designed and manufactured according users’ requirements.
